Withdrawal Instructions
Right of withdrawal You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel a purchase, we will transfer the amount owed by us to you as soon as possible. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
under no circumstances will any costs be charged for this refund.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the returned goods.
Possible costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods that is the result of treatment other than that necessary for the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
