I want to order a part, but the shipping costs are relatively high
Our shipping house is in the Netherlands. We have contracts with parcel delivery companies such as DPD, DHL and PostNL, which can send for competitive prices.
Unfortunately we receive a small "fine" for small packages.
We already try to pass on very few costs, but unfortunately we cannot pass on a discount on small packages.
How fast are the packages sent?
Packages are generally sent within 1 day after receipt of your payment via TNTPost with tracking and tracing, you will receive a tracking number from which you can track your package online.
How is everything sent?
The quality standard regarding the packages is very high with us.
Because we understand that the recipient would like to receive his articles undamaged.
The used packaging material is more than enough to keep the chance as small as possible that damage occurs during transport.
As extra security, all parcels and parcels are always insured against damage and can be tracked as standard through PostNL's Track & Trace system.
You will receive information about the status of your order and the progress of the transport through our system.
Are my Siku models properly packaged for transport?

When do I receive my order?
We, our partners and our delivery staff do everything in their power to deliver on the promised delivery time. If that is not possible, we will inform you accordingly. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.
You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as we send a package.
Did my order succeed because I have not yet received a confirmation?
Is your order in your account? Then it worked.
If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. And don't worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.
Can I have an order sent to another address or country?
After creating an account you can simply link an unlimited number of addresses within your account.
As soon as you place an order, you can select the linked addresses and we will send the package to that address, there are no invoices in the package.
It is also possible to send a message for the recipient, so it will be a very nice personal gift!
